Crews Inn offers a true Ocracoke Island experience in a secluded 1908 island home set at the end of an oyster-shell driveway. Three guest rooms have a private bath and two share a bath. The top-floor room, the Captain’s Quarters, has a claw-foot tub and small deck. A continental breakfast is served on the wraparound porch. This is a nonsmoking inn.
