If you like eating locally caught fresh blue crabs, this place is for you. Family-owned and operated, these Currituck crabbers bring the freshest catch straight from their boats to your table. Inside, there’s a total of 50 feet of stainless steel bar where you can dine or take home a bushel for the family. In addition to crabs, live or steamed, by the dozen, half or full bushel, they also serve whole and filleted fish such as white perch, croaker, spot, flounder and a great selection of other shellfish and fresh sides. Of course, tender filets of fresh local fish are also available. They can cook up crabs three different ways – plain, salted or seasoned.
