These three cottages share a lovely picket-fenced corner on Budleigh and Uppowac streets, in the heart of Manteo’s historic district and only blocks from the waterfront. You can easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, waterfront and Roanoke Island Festival Park. The houses are offered as vacation rentals, and you can rent one or both. Clemons Cottage is a quaint cottage with two bedrooms, one bathroom, a full kitchen with all the supplies you’ll need to cook your own meals, a gas grill, WiFi, HDTV and linens. The Neva Midgett House has two large bedrooms, a full bath, a fully-equipped kitchen, a large dining room, a huge private covered porch, WiFi and TV. The Island Loft is a private two-bedroom flat accessed from its very own deck overlooking Manteo. Bikes are provided for exploring Manteo and Roanoke Island. After your day out, relax on the porch and you’ll see why people love the slower pace of this island town. And, new for 2014, The Starry Banner, a luxury yacht moored at the Manteo Marina, accommodates up to four guests just a few short steps away from all the activities, shopping and dining opportunities available along the beautiful Manteo Waterfront.
