If you need something to eat before the ferry ride to Ocracoke, Nana & Pop’s is the place for you. They serve breakfast biscuits, pastries and scones in the morning along with coffee and tea and have fresh, made-to-order sandwiches, subs, hot dogs, hot buttered pretzels and pizza by the slice for lunch. Soft-serve ice cream, sno-cones and blizzards are available for dessert, along with brownies and ice cream-cookie sandwiches. Nana and Pop’s is also a gift shop featuring jackets, T-shirts, jewelry, Yankee Candles, home decor and nautical gifts. They’ve added custom screen printed T-shirts this year too.
