With her unlimited creativity and enthusiasm, Chef Amy can come to your home or vacation rental to prepare, or teach you how to prepare, a meal for you and your whole family. She does it all, from cooking lessons to event planning to intimate catering. Passionate about local foods, Chef Amy is also the co-founder of Outer Banks SeaSalt, which is hand-harvested in small batches using heritage methods. Food Tours are also on the calendar, and Epicurean is again partnering with Kitty Hawk Kayaks and Outer Banks Restaurant Tours to present a unique culinary adventure – Blue Crab, Kayak and Cook, offered on Tuesdays from May until September.
