This five-story, newly renovated oceanfront hotel offers rooms with either two queens or one king bed. All rooms have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, hair dryer and iron. There’s an indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center and guest laundry. They offer free passes to the Outer Banks YMCA. Oceanfront rooms have patios on the first floor and enclosed balconies on the upper floors. Street-side rooms have balconies. WiFi is available in all rooms. Pets are allowed on the first floor. The hotel is 100 percent non-smoking. There are handicapped-accessible rooms on every floor. Conference facilities include an oceanview ballroom that can be divided into three meeting rooms. The hotel has an oceanfront restaurant on-site called Peppercorns, also newly renovated for 2013, and in season the deck bar features entertainment. The Ramada is open year round.
